Human and human model microbiome analyses

Kyle L. Asfahl currently works at the Departments of Microbiology and Medicine, Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine, University of Washington, Seattle. Kyle’s research interests lie at the confluence of cell-cell communication, social evolution, and gene regulation in bacteria. Kyle employs methods from bacteriology, molecular biology, genomics, and evolutionary biology to investigate interactions between bacteria and their environments.
